This workshop is for the parents and caregivers of individuals diagnosed with eating or feeding disorders.  The content is designed to provide education and skills training to help you become agents of change in the recovery of your loved one.  Families and other support persons play a critical role in lasting recovery from eating and feeding disorders. Unfortunately, without accurate information on how to support their loved ones, they often find themselves feeling lost on what to do, walking on eggshells, or expressing anger and impatience with the eating disorder's impact on their child and the family.

Because eating/feeding disorders rarely, if ever, occur without other comorbidities such as anxiety, depression, gender dysphoria, or trauma/PTSD the tools offered in the workshop will also be applied more generally to help you support the unique complexity of your loved one's needs.
